I just saved an old Nishiki. It doesn't have many of the original parts left but I think most of the new parts are good parts at least. Have just been riding it for 30 min and it might be one size to big for me. But I'll try it more later.
Do any of you have any info about it? The serial number reads: EC104656

The serial number indicates a frame built in 1983 European market,though it could be a 1983 or 1984 model. The Tange Manaloy 2001 tubeset was typical of the lower mid-range, while the cantilever brakes indicate a grand touring model.
