Do any of you have any info about it? The serial number reads: EC104656

Thanks a million!
The serial number indicates a frame built in 1983 European market, though it could be a 1983 or 1984 model. The Tange Manaloy 2001 tubeset was typical of the lower mid-range, while the cantilever brakes indicate a grand touring model.
