ISTR FBinNY posting once that spoke tension has always dropped a little with tires installed and pumped up, but people didn't notice it as much in the days before tensiometers.

Until and unless the tension drop or spoke noise prove to be actual problems, I wouldn't start nervously putting extra tension into them.
These spokes never made a sound before I mounted the PZeros. Next ride was a group ride and the noise was so loud that people were riding alongside to ask if we'd broken one or more spokes and if we were all right.

With 110 kgf with tires mounted, only a couple crosses are clicking and it's bearable, so I think I'll leave it alone at least for now.
