If you have the old one there is no reason a guy couldn't fab one up. I'd take the pieces and trace it on a piece of stock the same thickness. Saw,grind, file, drill,tap, whatever is required to create a copy.

I realize not everyone has those kind of home DIY skills so another possibility is to contact your local technical college/HS and see if it's something the machining/welding/fabricating classes might be able to make "at cost". they'd probably have a CAD class that could make a drawing/3D model too.
