The bike shop is the one you deal with, but I’m Certain Axiom has given them guidelines. Both shops said the same thing, so I bet that’s their policy. The shop that tried to warranty my bags(Revolution Cycles in Madison, which is a Great shop and really nice guys) had them for a week or so and said they tried but the Axiom distributor who they deal with denied it. It sounds to me like Axiom doesn’t deal directly with customers, but they are the ones who make the call.
