Reminding folks, again, not only have these so-called "beacons" been invented, you can
BUY THEM TODAY! (See "Vehicle-to-Vehicle.)
And
NOBODY is forcing you to buy one. YOU don't want one, don't buy one. You can even tin-foil your smart phone too.
Finally, these have *almost nothing* to do with AV's....
