We went today. It was a good time. I can only imagine it is 100X better if you bring your bike for one of the events.

The very first thing that happened was my kid (who had his bike with him) got a free DT Swiss maintenance tutorial followed by a free upgrade to his hub. I was absolutely blown away by their incredible generosity and kindness. I'm also blown away by how easy it is to do (tool-free) maintenance on their free-hub.

I had many other positive experiences as well.
