Painted to look somewhat like a Team Telekom. Appears to have Simplex derailleurs. Low end swaged crankset (Solida?). CLB brakeset. Either it's a disguised French bicycle or used a French donor bicycle. I don't see any of the typical Pinarello embossings or cutouts. Looks mid-1980s, upper entry level, a lot like a European market Peugeot PH10.
