Try Baleaf. Similar stuff, possibly identical, but a reliable vendor. For whatever reason Amazon US has yanked Ohuhu products without explanation. That's not a good sign.

FWIW, those are fairly thickly padded liner shorts for use with baggy mountain bike or casual shorts. I have a couple of pair, one by Baleaf, another by Pearl Izumi. They're very similar, despite the Baleaf being cheaper. The 3D sculpted padding feels the same, although the Pearl Izumi padding is gray rather than bright blue. And the Pearl Izumi liner shorts are mostly mesh fabric, while the Baleaf are thin Spandax/Lycra.

These are suitable for use with firm saddles having little or no padding. If your saddle is padded pretty well you'll find the padded shorts to be too much. They'll soak up sweat and get squirmy and actually cause more abrasion on long rides. I wear them occasionally with my road bike and baggy shorts for casual rides, but my road bike saddle has very little padding.

There are also wicking fabric underwear with very thin microfiber pads -- like these by Andiamo. Those Ohuhu and Baleaf shorts have thick padding and feel like an adult diaper.
