Cancer took 35lbs from me last year, but I gained back 40. Doctors said "good job", but I wanted to stop at 25. Too much sitting around in a wheelchair with nothing to do but eat. Started riding again this Spring and am finally starting to drop some weight. So, 163 to 135 to 170, now 158 , and hoping for 150.
When racing motorcycles in the 90's, someone said 7lbs was equal to 1horsepower. Not sure how that translates to watts, but it's definitely easier to carry less.
