Photos from Silver Comet/Chief Ladiga Trail

See the other post on Day 1. I had a nice return trip from Jacksonville to Smyrna on Wednesday. Here are a few photos from the 2 day self supported ride

Typical section of the Silver Comet Trail-probably 20 miles in. How about all the tree canopy and wide concrete surface. An interstate for Bikes!!

Nice veterans tribute in Rockmart--the facility also has restrooms for cyclists

Lots of bridges and stream crossings

The bike with my Blackburn bag and rear rack off the tandem. If needed, the side pockets will unzip and unfold into side panniers. I just stuffed some clothes into the side pockets without completing unfolding them. I also swapped the 35 gravel tires for 28 road tires.
