I update this sheet with some frequency, either by adding, correcting, or reformatting data. Copies are likely to be outdated quickly. I've no intention of taking it down, so maybe a link would suffice for now?
I'd put the full credits (unless you want anonimity - can all be arranged via a PM as well) and coud just put a link to your (regularly updated) document.
For the Serbo-Croatian version, I could provide a short translation of terms and use the same link, though I'd rather make a translated version of the chart, providing a link to the updated, original version if you think that's OK.
