It looks like they changes frames along with the paint this year. I called Nashbar and the tech calculated the standovers at 31.5' for the 54mm frame and 32.3 for the 56mm frame. He used a calculator for this so who knows what the reality is. He also would not commit that tires larger than 35mm would fit.
I could believe that on the tires. The standover doesn't sound right.
Keep in mind that ISO standards are 6mm clearance on each side of the tire, so often you can go a little bigger...
