I understand what you mean. I work in a produce warehouse and some lady came walking in past the forklifts and complained to me that we charged her too much for her phone bill. In that case, I had to call Comcast from my own phone and ended up spending a half hour of my work time trying to help her and that put me behind on my inspection reports.

I was merely explaining to you the difference between the admins and the techs in regards to job description, hoping you'll understand why the admins could not answer you. My apologies if I didn't just take care of it for you from the start like I did with the lady in the warehouse.
