Oh and it's not really personal, we understand the frustration. We are going through this right along with you guys.... But it is something to scratch your head at when we try to let people know that things are being worked on and we get told that we aren't doing our jobs to fix it or when we get told HOW to fix it and want us to just get rid of everything and start all over with a whole new program. I wish it were that easy or at our disposal. Trust me when we get messages cussing us out or telling us off, calling us incompetent because they are having issues. But we try our best to help people out. And we apologize. But we are having the same issues you all are having.
