Unfortunately, it is suffering
very badly from exposure. You can see where the bottom edge is rotted from resting on the ground for who knows how long, and it's not hard to see several areas devoid of paint. Most of the rest is very badly cracked and peeling. I'll get a closeup tomorrow. It will probably get hung up on the backside of my garage, under a deep eave that should help to protect it a bit. I just could not bear the thought of it being tossed, which is most likely what would have happened. Not many people have space for a 7'Hx6'W flaky, rotted thing that weighs about 80 pounds. I just happen to be very lucky in that respect.
I spent several mostly-happy years working at that place.
