Six or one half dozen of the other. The frames look similar enough in geometry. Pick the one with the best gearing for the terrain...but if it were me I'd pimped the heck out of one of them--slap a drop bar on that and a used 9-sp group, a shiny set of SKS Longboards, and make it an all-weather monster.
