One saddle may be more comfortable than the other? The Brooks on one of my bikes is just much more broken in than the Brooks on the other.

Are the comfort comparisons being made over the same routes? Mine generally get ridden over the same routes but I tend to choose one bike over the other based upon where I’m going to be riding.
