Anyone have any experience with intermittent fasting? I've been watching a Dutch cyclist's youtube channel and he's on a diet of sorts where he'll go 14-16 hours a day without food and then eat pretty much normally during his eating window. I usually eat an early dinner (~7:30pm) and almost always ride before work on an empty stomach, so I've been trying to not eat until lunch each day by cutting out the yogurt/granola or oatmeal I usually have after my ride. So far so good, get a little hangry around this time of day but I'm down 4 pounds over the last couple weeks without really changing much about what I eat or how much I ride.
