Second commute of the year!

Today was sunny and the temperature climbed from the freezing point to 50 degrees by the time I had to leave. I was pedalling into a heavy headwind the whole way, and I got some weird pains in my knee halfway, but it wasn't bad. The first kamikaze bug of the year bounced off my nose (apparently his aim was off after the long winter loafing in front of the bug TV and munching Cheetos crumbs.)

By the time I went home, the wind was gone (figures!) but it didn't get too cold. By the time I got home, the stars were bright. Something in the small woods near home spooked me by running along beside me noisily for a while--I probably scared a deer, bunny or raccoon.
