I'm tempted to redo it with Shimano's specification PDFs. They have a whole lot more detail (things like painted vs anodized construction) I don't find terribly relevant, but I'm open to suggestions for ways to expand this.
At the risk of being too obvious, add the previous twenty years' worth of derailleurs. Many of those are still in service.

For a long time, Shimano provided annual updates to their printed dealer service manual. Shouldn't be too hard to come up with the specs. I have most of them myself with only a few gaps.
