A little history. I have never been able to gain much weight, and my metabolism is off the charts. I have been 150 pounds since I reached adulthood, but at 5'7 1/2, most people are shocked by how 'little' or 'thin' I am. I am pretty strong, but lifting weight just adds definition, not muscle mass.
Being that this is a cycling forum I don't really see what you want to achieve. You already have the physique that most of us would love to have but can't ever get there. Look at the pros in cycling. Most are skinny little muscular dynamos. Wanting more muscle mass must be for some other reason. BTW I'm 5'7" and got down to 151 once last August. I'm now back up to 165 and am busting butt to get back down.
