Does the valve end up in the same position each time? If so-
Something in your "tire universe" is out of balance.
A tiny bit is normal and the smoother, easier your bearings turn, the more it will show.
Spin the wheel and look for ANY "hop" of the rim or tire.
IF the wheel/tire isn't PERFECTLY concentric with the hub, it throws things way out of balance.
Some tires are a bit "wonky" on their own. Beads that aren't seated evenly will throw things way off.

How does it compare to other bikes?
