I like the extra rack mount fittings on the fork, I wish I had that on some of my bikes. I wonder if you could directly bold the Blackburn Outpost cargo cage on it? On one of my bikes that lacks a pump peg, I just wrap some velcro around the pump and top tube to hold the pump parallel with the top tube.
