While the males in this photo don't offend, only the female is truly stylish. One very nice touch is that the inside of her collar has some color which compliments the rest of her kit.
The men are wearing the cycling equivalent of blue jeans and sneakers, everyday apparel. The fact that they are all wearing the same jerseys and bibs doesn't make it stylish.

The only thing I notice is that the 2 females in view have the biggest guads/legs in the group. After looking again, I think they have the biggest guns in the group as well.
