Exactly. Even though it's mostly black, it is inoffensive, and totally respectable. It's not supposed to be so stylish, but it isn't supposed to be sloppy, frumpy, or dull, either. Nobody looks like a fashion plate in it, but more importantly, it doesn't make anyone look bad.

edit add: By the way, the woman's jersey is the same as everyone else's; what you notice is the loose end of her helmet strap. While the riders next to her have black straps, she and most others have orange straps on their helmets.

This is the great thing about team kit; someone or some group of people figures out all the colors and such. A rider just has to get the right size, and bingo: all put together! Even with "ugly" team kit, the intentionality comes through and can be appreciated.
