Bikes: Bridgestone track bike

Ok, I received one of Stratton's keirin frames tonight (he sent me an email asking if I wanted to buy it and who says no to an offer like that). I was planning on selling my converted beater fixie and replacing it with this NJS Bridgestone frame but now I'm confused. This thing is way better looking than I'd ever imagine; Blue metallic with silver flakes... aaahh!!
I can't have the Bridgestone as a beater-going-to-the-movies-shopping-and-messing-around, or can I? Should I dedicate the Kalavinka for that instead and go with a nicer wheel set on the Bridgestone? Or should I consider the uniqueness of the Kalavinka and save it for the summer rides? Do you see my problem here guys and gals? Thing is I can't afford building up the two of them like they deserve to be built. One of them is going to have to settle with Formula hubs and non NJS cranks.

Which one should be the beater/bad weather bike and which one should be treated with a little more respect?
