I'm 200-210 depending on when you ask. I have Campagnolo Scirocco 35s and Fulcrum Racing Quattro LGs and they simply stay true. The hubs are super easy to service too.

​​​Just have the spoke tension checked once a year, depends on how and how much you ride, and you'll be fine. Any good lbs will do that for you for cheap.
