Agree with all above. I scored a 710 for $50 two months ago. Haven't had time to work on it until this weekend. It cleaned up real nice (thought about keeping it after the wash...) and I'm going to finish it with the consumables within the next few days. Hoping to get at least $200 for it.
At $150 or anything above $100 (at least with these Japanese 80's steels), you're really not going to make any money flipping them. You might break even, and if you're trying to get better at wrenching, it's a really good way to start.
