It's definitely the Asian manufactured 1989 model. Overall condition looks very good except for some dirt and grease. I remember these coming with a riser stem but not one with that much rise. It may hurt the price slightly, as does the smaller size and SunTour Accushift versus Shimano SIS. I'd value this at $250 in an average market.

If this was my bicycle, I'd consider selling the saddle separately. A lot of members are looking for vintage celeste saddles for their Bianchi and it should fetch $40-$50. Of course,I have replacement saddles in my stash and I'd replace the bar tape to match the saddle. However, in your case,the expense and labour of replacements may not justify the smaller profit. Still, I thought I should mention it for consideration.
