Yes, you could probably bend it back to spec, but achieving the right spacing does not mean that the frame will be aligned. You need someone with the right tools and knowledge to do it. Send it back if you can. I'm not sure that FedEx would accept a claim for poorly packaged items. What kind of a dummy ships a frame without spacer blocks?
