Nice find, and so few $$. I'm working on the same thing in white from a few years later (mid 70s?) which I want to make into a 3 speed. (It was already such a hodgepodge of pieces of all kinds I'm not ruining anything vintage. In fact before I came into it it was parked outside under a wall that was being repointed and I had to chip hardened splashes of mortar off the frame everywhere.) Even though the pedals are a little sad I could re-use them if I could find a pair of dust caps. Probably have to wait until the next local bike jumble sale and poke around optimistically.
