I didn't see where the OP said it was new and have some doubts that it is. Unfortunately non-dealers/shops don't always know how to ship. My policy is to get confirmation that the fork or rear dropouts will be blocked when shipped. Either way it is the sellers responsibility to have it shipped correctly.

i would not try to do anything. Take pictures with measurements and contact the seller. There may be a no return policy, but since it is damaged it probably doesn't match the condition listed. If the seller is not responsive, open a claim.

The only caveat is if you bought it at a ridiculously low price and even getting it fixed would be cheaper than buying another one. In that case, get an estimate to straighten it and see if the seller will credit that amount.
