Note that there is quite a bit of scraping damage on the drive side seat stay. Depends on how deep the damage is, but as with all CF frames, it could pull the value down quite a bit, but you can also note it to the owner to possibly get a more reasonable price for the bike.....
I hve seen real good results from people in this forum refinishing CF frames. But it will take quite a bit of work if you try to do it yourself.
