i would not try to do anything. Take pictures with measurements and contact the seller. There may be a no return policy, but since it is damaged it probably doesn't match the condition listed. If the seller is not responsive, open a claim.

The only caveat is if you bought it at a ridiculously low price and even getting it fixed would be cheaper than buying another one. In that case, get an estimate to straighten it and see if the seller will credit that amount.

Thank you! You're correct, the frame was already used and part of some sort of build kit (included used wheels, shifters, derailleurs, handlebars etc. ), relatively cheap and shipped by a private seller, not a shop. As you said, I took photos and will either get a full refund or partial refund covering the damaged frame and keep the rest of the stuff.

Here are pictures of the frame. Couldn't upload them earlier as I needed 10 posts to be allowed to post pictures and could only post 5 posts per 24 hours.
