Another vote for Fabric. The best thing about them (apart from the comfort) is the fact they make 3 profile shapes for the same saddle. Some prefer flat, some prefer rounded profiles, but it's all the same saddle. You'd be hard pressed to find a Fabric saddle that isn't comfortable because of this. Also removes other variables since the materials and construction is the same for each shape.
