It is hard to tell from the original listing pics. Pic number 3 does show a crease in the chainstay, but no way to know if the reflection is just the flattened tube.

I would go through the parts and see how much is good. Make sure crank, bottom bracket, chainrings, cassette, hubs, and shifters are not too worn or not working properly. Having to replace parts comes at a cost. Might have your hands full on this one. Apparently I'm out of touch with things since there were 44 bids to buy it. Good luck.
