My Bike Friday TiKit came with a cool bag attached to the top tube. Apparently one folds the bike, then pops the bag out of the carrying case and covers the bike.

The person I bought it from said it was a requirement for trains in NYC, I think. I'm not sure if it is a Bike Friday option, or a 3rd party addon.
