I’m a little higher. If paint is good and original, $650, $700 tops. HS, seatpost, crankset, maybe wheels are original. Brooks is good too. Brake calipers, levers, dérailleurs are wrong.

its 45 years old +/-, changes are to be expected. Condition of frame is everything so look close!

if it was all the right and original stuff, it’s value would be around $1000.

My advice instead of focusing on what’s wrong, focus on what’s right. A lot of it is right. Some of the "wrong" stuff has value that can help pay for the right stuff, or live with the wrong stuff that likely performs better than original. Sort out the cable routing. Really there is a lot to like there.

To me original paint and decals are critical. Lots of repaints out there.
