Nice 1988 model. Needs the typical refurbish: tires, tubes, cables, housings, all bearings and grease, and general clean up. When you are done, you will have a very nice MTB. Pay someone to do the work and sadly you will be upside down value wise. Do the work yourself, and its not much expense, mainly time. I'd do it in a heartbeat!
