There was one I regret not taking this year in Mexico.
I had a really long day to do, about 115km with a bunch of climbing at the end, so I wasn't dilly dallying, taking advantage of a slight tailwind, and taking only short food breaks and I purposely took the toll highway a lot and also got the "draft effect" from a gazillion trucks going by.
So on a slight downhill and a tailwind, I passed a speed limit sign that said essentially, "80km/h in normal conditions, 50kph when the Monarch butterflies are migrating through", but was a goof and didnt stop. Thought I'd see more like it, but never did.
