I worked from home full time at a previous job. It was nice that I didn't have to worry about commuting, but I did miss seeing other people.
At one point, my wife was out of town for 3 weeks. While she was gone, I didn't leave the house other than to walk the dog or go to the grocery store. I only showered when needed and didn't shave. I did not look good.
I have a friend, he and his wife both work from home full time. His comment was that it was nice not commuting, but the line between work time and not work time was blurring. He found he was working almost all the time.
