However, we can keep them from getting any worse (in theory). More infusion treatments in October. The Epogen (one belly shot per week—to raise hemoglobin count) takes about 4 weeks to show signs of increased count, it's been just over two weeks and is up only point 3 to 7.9 (normal is 13 and up). Target is 11. So I can still ride and carry on a mostly normal life. Dialysis may be in my future (DOA!)
