jppe: 6K of rollers sounds like a real workout to me. Meanwhile, I went around the block. Last ride I almost did a tombe trying to get out of my pedal, so I figured no sense trying to milk some more miles out of these cleats (Look Keo). Went down to the LBS today and picked up a new pair. Put them on and went for the around-the-block shakedown ride. It was dusk, so convinced my wife to follow in the car and give a review while I set my tail light into its different modes. (This light is a Lupine Rotlicht which is insanely expensive but it is a nice light. Got it from Bike24 in Germany). Anyway the new cleats make for a way-better clip-out experience so I guess that was money well-spent. Tomorrow I will do my normal 50 miler to Oahu north shore and back up our 1000' Pineapple Hill.
