Hi guys,

A few days ago my new Brompton arrived and I love it. Today I competed in my first BWC in Antwerp.

Looking at the bike more closely, I discovered a part which I don't get the function of. It's the little tube / loop that's brazed on the left side of the steering fork, at the same height of the rim. I can't post a picture yet, because I'm new to the forum. First I thought it has something to do with an option my bike doesn't have, like a dynamo or something. But when googling pictures of other Bromptons, I discovered it looks the same on all bikes. The tube also doesn't seem to to have a function for the fold of for cable management. Who can solve this mystery for me?
