if you can find out where the driver lives or parks their vehicle (the dude who clipped me a couple years back was a local pizza delivery guy who i followed unbeknownst to them), you can casually return under the cloak of darkness to slash their tires and disappear in to the night...just make sure you slash at least two, so the single spare is no help. also, puncture the sidewalls (which cannot be plugged), rather than the tread. i have no problems vandalizing inanimate objects which injure animate ones. if vandalism is a concern, at least let all the air out of all four tires, so that they cannot even drive slowly to a gas station.
