Well i screwed together a Tange bike with shimano exage single pivot brakes and she's pretty effective too, depends on your adjustments i guess
don't get me wrong though if i had a set of dual pivots to suit my Le mans lying around of course i would use them
i have a set on my Cannondale...... you can get them centred easier!
I have a set of shimano dual pivot brakes you can have; the reach is rather short. They're missing the recessed nuts and possibly the adjusters and clamp screws too. Let me know if you're ever near Spokane, WA
