I thought had to cover a co-worker on Saturday, do I ride into work and found out someone else was coming. Headed home and added another two miles, but close to home I ran into my wife taking my kids to some forgotten meeting, so I ended up having an extra hour to bike and clean up after.

At this point, it was getting HOT out, so I headed up a nice climb with the option to do a nice short finish to the climb out extend it to a steep longer climb (average 8% or something). At the turn I could tell that my legs haven't returned from my total lack of cycling throughout half of March and April, and coupled with the rising heat i decided to just finish the short climb. It was probably for the best because the road was quite wet from the previous day's rain, which was turning the air into this thick steam. Also I wouldn't wanted to descend on a steep curvy at road.

After another ride later to the doctor (finally decided to start going to rehab for my arm which hasn't recovered flexibility) I finished the day with around thirty five miles.
