Doesn't look like it would be that much of a problem, not moreso than any other bike not-sold-Di2. Seeing photos of the bottom bracket cluster and where/how cables come out of the frame would help.
Frame don't have internal mounting to guide the cable from junction B to battery inserted inside seat-post
