Sears single speed Tote Cycle. Also came in a 3 speed. Made roughly mid 1960s to the late 1970s. More than 1 manufacturer. Made in Europe at first and the last ones wrere made by Huffy. I have 3. 2 are 3 speeds with coaster brake and the black one is a 1 speed coaster brake Doesn't fold but it does break in half so it is smaller. Kinda of a bike for hippies. They do ride nice.
