Looks like a real gamble. Seatpost could be seized, the pedal threads in the last pic in your post don't look very good either.... probably why there are no pedals on the bike. I would only buy this if it was really cheap. Without being able to see better pictures I don't know what to make of the fork either, it might have been ridden into the back of a car but without feeling the top tube and down tube it's hard to say; can't see any wrinkles in these tiny pics.
